Nose/tail grab

Whats the grab called when you grab nose of one ski and the tail of the other?

And has anyone seen this done for a cork 3?

its called the johnson grab. humphrey johnson first did it jumping off a rock in idaho in the 70s and it became widely popular among the rock jumping crowd
