My ear is being stupid. It felt like I was underwater for a while. Now it just sounds like stretching elastic or tapping on some sort of drum when I chew or move my head.


Should I drill a hole in my ear?
Stick a needle in my ear?
Do nothing?
Go see a doctor?


It's been a week or just over.

Have your mom buy a stethoscope for your ear and have her jam it in there. Should fix your problems.

I've had the same shit.

From my knowledge it can be a couple of things:

1: Wax build up: Basically just buy peroxide and put it in your ear, it can clear it all up.

2: Ear infection: Hurts like bitch, ear is throbbing and feels like there is water in your head. If you go to a doctor they will give you medicine and it will be cleared up in like 48-72 hours (or something like that)

3: Your going def: It sucks, you can't hear. Better buy a dog that can open doors for your def ass.

After a week, a quarter stick of dynamite might be your best bet to get rid of that wax pressure......

I'd try pouring hydrogen peroxide in there to try and mitigate any infection or maybe even bubble some goop out that cauldron of an ear you've got going. But it sounds like you have a mild ear infection due to wax blockage. Balance feel off at all? You could try one of those ear candles that suck it out of your ear.

do nothing. it will generally go away on it's own. unless it hurts like a bitch and doesn't go away then it's an infection

Sounds like wax build up.. but ignore the qtip idea said above and go with peroxide or seeing a dr to do it. For the peroxide, use a cap full diluted with water and keep it in your ear until it stops crackling. Or go to a doctor, they will do a tits guaranteed fix if it is wax.

if you go to the doctor to get your ears cleaned they will use a giant metal syringe to blast warm water in your ear to clean it out. It feels heavenly and what comes out of your ear will make you wtf.

I had this for a long time...finally they removed my tonsils and adenoids and it got a bit better.

try ear drops first.

on a related note, my crack head neighbor once came over to my house and said "hi, do you have a q-tip?" I was like, what in the actual fuck??
