If it's very high maybe try to pop ever so slightly with your weight a little bit back (not too much though) which should allow you to bring your tips over the rail. Also go fast, more speed means more height.
One thing for me is that with higher rails, youre not gonna be sliding as much of it, because you have to jump farther down. Just find a spot on the rail that's at the level as your skis and jump to that. Just as if youre hitting a normal rail that's a gap - to. Of course, speed and committing are necessary too
