"Dancing Noise" In Gh3 videos?

hey guys. I just recently picked up a gh3 with a 14-42 f5.6 lens. Ive been playing around with it and I am experiencing tons of noise in the videos, even in well lit situations. The noise is very obvious and appears to be "dancing" Any advice?

here is a screenshot. it is hard to tell but when you play the video all of the noise becomes much more apparent

If that was @800Iso it look exactly like my gh3 does when at iso800 and f5.6
