This is probably not the best place to look. I feel like every filmer on NS has a tokina 11-16 and loves it haha

hahah what are you talking about this is a great place to look exactly for that reason. but op i snagged a nikon mount one off of ebay for 380, go look over there and see what you can find.

yeah im looking other places but I also figured NS is a great place to look and somebody might be able to hook me up with a deal

I mean $380 for a 11-16 is a fucking steal, a couple years ago they were $550 +

Just a little FYI, the DX II isn't much better at all than the DX, just marginally better flare control, not worth the extra $100 IMO

I think for nikon it has a focus motor built in, but for canon this doesn't matter. I've also heard that many prefer the original because of the flairs, but I could see the newer version being useful for some applications.
