Banshee Bungie for Cheap?

Does anyone know where I could find the Banshee Bungie for cheap? I need something affordable that I can go Urban Skiing with because $200+ is a little to much.

Back in my day we had to make our own bungees with hair scrunchies and rubber bands.

Find the thickest surgical tubing bet 3 strands of 20ft and braid them together then but a $20 wakeboard handle tie it to one end and get a 10ft durable rope and tye it to the other end.

That is like half the price of a pair of skis though no?

Just band together with your urban buddies and pitch in like $50 each. Its way less of a pain in the ass of building one, and probably a ton more quality.
