Replying to Macbook Pro issue, figure I'll take a shot in the dark and ask you guys
Alright, so I got my Macbook Pro in the summer of 2010 before I started college. Its the i7 version and I believe it came with the Snow Leopard OS installed stock. Well, it worked swimmingly until last year when I decided to upgrade the OS to Lion I believe?(OSX 10.8.4 is what I'm running currently) Ever since I went to the newer OS my computer shuts down at random times, then says "restarted due to an error." Now yes, I have googled this problem, but it always comes up to these huge pages of technical jargon and kernel interruptions and things like that. I have no idea what ANY of that means. I'm not too technologically savvy. It's not too bad right now, I've been running like this for a year. I just can't really open Microsoft Word or Spotify I've noticed. I can run those for a while, but after about 20 minutes or so the computer restarts. If nothing else, I'll just take it to my dad's tech repair guy and get it sorted out. Anyway, if anybody has any idea what might be going wrong, or any idea to help it would be much appreciated, thanks.
