hey kiddies! how do you pump the pipes and ramps at the skatepark correctly? its hard to remember. any help would be shplendid!

practice... no different than pumpin on skis. i cant even explain it to you its just something you need to work on.

well.. ive heard that you push while going down, squat while going up, and vise versa. i've never gotten a peice of good advice.

Err I don't rollerblade... but I air the hell out of my bike, and ride minis and street on my skateboard. It's just like going w/ the flow of the transition, it really would come naturally especially when you just have the boots on your feet.

is is a vert ramp or just mini? it actually should just come naturally. if its vert you kind of squat at the vert parts of the ramp and then like 'stand up' as you come back to the tranny. its weird like dirty said you cant really expalin it it just heappens

Doesn't matter what kind of ramp you are riding... just extend as you drop in and then bend your knees on the flats then extend as you ride up the transition. Its pretty simple, its all about flow...

try pumpin tha landing and taking tha way up tha ramp easy..

I haven't bladed for a while now, basically its all about bending your knees at one part of the transition, and pushing at another part. You'll work it out
