Did Scrappy Joe graduate from the Hood Crew?

I know he had a pretty meaty segment in Freed the Streets, but he is in a lot more serious edits like the recent ON3P edit, and he's starting to film for 4bi9 and such. He seems to be putting out/ involved less in ratchet Hood Crew shenanigan edits. Is Scrappy slowly but surely moving up the ranks and leaving the Hood Crew behind?

He did a bunch this year as well but he did graduate from the Hood Crew with his potato camera course and also giraffe killing, and is working on his PhD in Stomponomics pretty hard right now
