Surface new life 174 or 184

I'm looking to buy surface new life's but can't decide on length I'm 5'7 and 175lbs. What do u guys think?

Definitely 184. I'm 5'7" and 160 pounds and ski 184. On groomers they ski like really short skis because of the true effective edge and the center mount. Also, you'll want them longer for powder to make up for the center mount.

I agree with 'barberdude' - get a 184cm as you will center mount these and a 174cm will feel crazy short.

if 5'7" is definetly a 184, what height would ski the 174 and why do you guys choose to make that instead of a 179 or 189 or something?

We offer the One Life in 179 and 189. We try and mix up sizes among different skis.

Someone who would ski the 174cm New Life would be someone who is real lightweight and or questioning buying a fat rocker ski that is stiff.

Its all personal preference.
