See, was that so hard, man? If you have something to say, articulate it. Don't write down a one-sentence blanket statement that does any points you may have a disservice and just insults peoples' intelligence, because all you're going to get back is hate and fuck yous.
The part about the public muzzle restriction is more what I'm getting at with you, because if you had taken the time to research this topic for real you'd know that the vast majority of dog attacks and even moreso fatalities (I believe around 60%) occur when the dog is at home and roaming i.e. "doing its job" to protect the house so to speak. Only around 25% of fatalities have happened while out in public as you put it.
Muzzles won't do shit in the grand scheme. If you were out to mandate a solution to the problem, the real enemy is ignorance. Too many people are walking around with an attitude and a strong animal with balls looking for trouble unchecked, or just plain old don't give a fuck IMO. People need a license to own a gun or a car, but a 130lb dog is fine? I say hell no. You should have to take a fkn course on proper dog ownership before you're even allowed to own one that still has it's balls (just like a gun) and if you give it up to a shelter, you should be required by penalty of $1500 or more fine to come back and put it down yourself if it doesn't get adopted. Fence requirements in suburban settings would probably be a good idea. Also put forth the law that if your dog attacks someone, you will be charged as if you did it yourself- just as if you hit someone with your car or handled your firearm negligently. Those alone would weed out a huge percentage of the people who shouldn't have a dog.
I realize this sounds fkn crazy but people are truly the worst thing going for dogs. We may perpetuate their existence and care for them, but damn people are so fkn stupid and ignorant, they often have no idea that they are the root of every single one of their dog's behavioral problems. Be it the shitty owner that neglects the dog/abuses it , the shitbag breeder that leaves the puppies in shitty conditions and they get fucked up by parvo, or the clueless idiot parents that let their 5 yo harass a strange dog and they get bit, dogs in general in the hands of the idiot public is the problem. Weed out the unworthy or lazy, especially those in urban environments and I think you'd be surprised what happens. Now do I actually think all this should happen? Not really, people can't take being told that they're too stupid to own something and it probably wouldn't work.
So in closing, yes there are breeds that are predisposed to be more aggressive, but that by no means they will grow up to be so. With even a decent upbringing they can totally be awesome pets and family members. Hell, my Bull Mastiff is technically an "aggressive breed" but if you ever met him, that distinction would literally make you laugh. The problem- much like any other problem in today's world- is the product of complete fucking idiots having free reign to do whatever they want.
Now if you'll excuse me I'm pretty sure that's all I really have to say. It's not a black and white kind of thing, and blaming the dogs is just silly. Talk about thread drift, ghaddam.
