What's your dream?

I have a dream...

 ...that one day this culture will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all freeskiers are respected."

I have a dream that one day on the snowy white hills of all ski slopes the sons of former pros and the sons of former gapers will be able to ski any hill together with brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the states of the West, vastly formed by large mountains, sweltering with the influx of snobby elitists, will be transformed into an oasis of skilled riders from both sides of the continent.

I have a dream that my children will one day ski on a resort where they will not be judged by the color or brand of their clothes but by the level of their riding.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day the skiers of Newschoolers, whose user's lips are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where little noob boys and noob girls will be able to join hands with seasoned skilled boys and seasoned skilled girls and walk together as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be bungeed, every hill and mountain shall be laden with pow, the rough places will be shredded, and the crooked rails will be greased, and the glory of the community shall be revealed, and all riders shall see it together.

And when this happens, when we allow freeskiing to reign, when we let it reign from every mountain village and every inner city, from every double black diamond and every mellow green, we will be able to speed up that day when all skiers, gapers and park rats, big mountain riders and groomer sliders, ski racers and even snowboarders, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old winter spiritual, "Ski at last! Ski at last! thank the winter, we can ski at last!"
