I am 20 years old, about 5'11' 165lbs, type III+ with a background in racing. I currently coach my home mountain race team in VA (ussa lvl 100 certified).
I ski a 130 flex Nordica Dobermann boot, '09 Volkl Bridge 177, back of center mounted, '10 sl 165 cm Volkl race tigers almost dead due to delaminating, and '10 gs 183 cm Volkl race tiger
Problem: I've skied the flex out of my boots, free skis, and slalom skis. As I dont get much of a chance at hucking cliffs, I'd like a stiffer mostly cambered ski that has the width to stay on top of slush and pow, but is able to carve turns on steep icy narrow terrain. Twin tip is a must for backwards travel. also looking to improve my park skills, mainly grabs/spins.
Not really looking at replacing the sl skis unless a super super deal falls into my lap.
Realistically, only looking to spend 500 on the skis, used. That might change but not by too much.
