help with grinding

i just tried grinding for the 1st time today, and i was wondering if any one could give me a few pointers to help me out. i landed this rail a few times but other times i looped out, maybe not leaning forward enough, or maybe my feet werent spread out enough, i dunno anything would be great

just lean forward and keep your ski's shoulder width apart. you wont cant an edge and fall fowards. you will only slid out and fall back.

I have the same problem. Just gotta work on keeping you're body normal (perpendicular) to the rail. In other words, like the other guys said, lean alot more forward than you think...

you can lean forward a LOT without falling. just concentrate on putting most of your weight on your front ski (about 60-40 or 70-30) and you'll be golden.
