I hated guacamole until i was like 12, we were in the restaurant of some random hotel in Santa Fe and the chef made it for us right there at the table in about 30 seconds. To this day that was the best guacamole I've ever had /coolstory
the perfect guacamole is avocado and salt. that's all you need. pair it with a fresh salsa for some flavor combos and sprinkle lime juice over the chips if you want.
that doesn't make sense, you have to refrigerate 20-30 minutes after you make it before eating it. I don'tsee how it could be good fresh, fresh is actually pretty nasty
