Jibberish-The Game

I installed the game and all, and it works up until it starts loading for the actual skiing part, and comes up with 'memory violation error' or something to that extent. can anyone help me? i wanna play it so badly!

yeh i ran it without anyting else, and it did the same thing. i think it says memory acces violation

This is how I got it to work. This will only work with Windows XP, and mabye 2000.

Make a shortcut to Jibberish on the desktop. Right click it. Click properties. The window that opens up should have a tab called 'Compatibility'.

Check 'Run this program in compatibility mode'

Change the drop down menu to 'Windows 98 / Windows Me'

Hit OK to close the properties window.

Run the game. Should work.

Here is a link to a Jibberish install for Windows XP and Windows 2000.
It automatically extracts the files and puts shortcuts on the Desktop and an entry in your program menu.

The game is no different. The Windows XP and Windows 2000 install only installs correctly on XP/2000. This has to do with the differing directory structures on pre 2000.
