Unique features or creative setup of standard features. I know there's some wild stuff out there and figured I'd make a thread.

ILLinoisanceWilmot is loaded with cool features like these:
kung_powpowalmost forgot this one, so sketchy for skiers. I remember seeing it at Okemo when it first opened and then I saw it again at Stowe a couple weeks ago. Park crew guy said Okemo sold it to them and now they have it "on display" cause people kept getting hurt on it
Carinthia is adding some weird looking springy rail. Maybe would help with spinning out and soften the impact? Idk
Someone thought it was a good idea to make a box out of golf balls last year...
MinggWell, just got the news that this entire park crew got fired and my home hill isn't building a park this year...
Borty come work for us haha.
theabortionatorNo way!!!! That's a huge bummer! What mountain is that? Super lame.
On my way!(obviously not really though)
MinggKissing Bridge, NY Haha. Luckily we have 2 more hills close by but I guess the "ball slide" didn't impress management as much as they hoped... Hahahaha
theabortionatorOh yeah the box got run over by a cat already and one of the tubes I built got bent up pretty good. Not too bad, but it's pretty thick steel, and the welds were solid. Thing took a beating. Who knows it they'll still exist next year but it was nice to have them for a bit.
I don't work there anymore anyway so whatever
Mr.noodleIt's a true shame that they had a decent park this year and next year we will be back to the same old shitty park
nate1097Finally got up to Carinthia and hit the spring rail, not as interesting as I expected, moves more side to side than up and down, but with enough pop you can get it to shoot you a bit. If you don't land dead on though it just goes side to side. Still a fun set up in Carinthia, although slushy when I was there
e.litttSunshine recently added a couple sweet features to their park. Pictures taken from @bensuurallik instagram page
although the rails are only for this week because of an upcoming rail jam, hopefully they make their way into the park after
TOAST.Yea, it looks like that could have been done better. I've always wanted to do something similar but put a pivot in the middle so you could launch people off the end and would eliminate the side to side motion.
LukasSchroedercanon rail and butterbox over a school bus.
hope it worked...
AuzyPraying my hill has some creativity and we get more than just 20 down rails this season
theabortionatorHonestly 20 down rails could be fun.
I guess it's all about variety. As long as you have everything covered. I like in the big parks where there are multiple of everything. I would try a trick first time on a down rail. By the end of the 4th or 5th run sometimes it was effortless. Assuming the I didn't die on the first attempts. I dig being able to get 4 down rail hits in a run.
GORILLAWALLACEwe hosted skolf at sunshine this week and set up some unique features but a bunch of the cool ones weren't included in the edit. ended up being a pretty shitty day for the contest too. we had a down rail-->iced up butter pad-->wedge dancefloor box that was pretty cool but didn't make the edit
