I dont think there is any way to deny that Candide is the GOAT. His new footage is insane, and I had forgotten how many times he just made people say wow. Chads gap, superpark, x-games slope and pipe, 810 to rail. So unbelievably filthy.

That was absurd.

I would love to see him keep making these projects, Travis Rice style.  Get a few more guys on board and follow up with another one, the way Rice followed up TITA with AOF.

That was the best skiing I saw out of any of this years films.

FYI you can start watching a movie as soon as it starts downloading pretty much

and to the guy who said art of flight still wins, theyre totally different types of movies. candide should pick a couple of other people up and make a regular movie like this though, it would be insane

Haha I shoulda checked back to this thread earlier, oh well!

That film was simply perfect. Candide's quote near the end really hit home for me..

"It's not about competitions or medals, not about trying to do things better but always in a different way . Skiing all comes down to creativity, there are no set rules. I look at it as a way out, a way of forgetting everything else. Being out there keeps me grounded(?) and reminds me of how insignificant we really are and what life is all about. It's endless."

When I heard this was at least partially a biopic, I was bummed. But holy fuck....this flick is ridiculous, no one charging like that lil' frenchie. Loved the shots, tunes, good interviews and archival footy, couldnt have asked for more.
