recently ive been really interested in some portrait work. Probably my two favorites are Mario Testino and Terry Richardson. Everyone hates Terry as a guy, but I really like his style. And Mario just shoots some of the hottest girls in the hottest ways. Cant complain

My biggest influences are definitely the photographers from the 40's/50's that pioneered the genre of documentary-style photography.
Before I mostly liked candid photography (and I still do), but 'staged' shots are starting to appeal more and more to me.
Right now Vivian Maier is very high on my list. Maybe it's the mystery too, but she was absolutely genius.
Evans, Frank, Levitt, Meyerowitz, Winogrand, Kertesz, Gilden, Buri are all big influences for me.
