Ever feel very jittery/shaky for no reason?

ive been having this issue with constantly being restless. i have a hard time falling asleep and can never sit still lately. my heart feels like its beating faster and i have to pee constantly. i also kinda feel drowsy and light headed like im in a fog and this has been going on for about 3 weeks. any ideas of what it could be?

could be low blood sugar, eat more healthy foods.

i get something similar when i'm skiing for like 2 or 3 weeks consecutively, i feel very cold all the time and feel shakey/weak and its due to a vitamin deficiency so either i take vitamin pills or pay extra care to eating more veggies and fruit ....
