i use poles all the time, i ski park and some all mountain, im 6' and my poles are short idk the exact height.

The shortest poles possible for park skiing. So short I have to hunch down to push myself into the lift line. My back usually hurts every night from this. But I look cool and fit it, so its OK.

90% park 10% all mountain. 5'10" and if I had to guess pole length, they would be like 40"? The top of the grip sits at hip-ish level.

I ski mainly park but some groomers and some trees too.
I'm 5'3
My poles stop a few inches below my waist. I arms are basically straight down to grip them

My poles are 105cm (41") Swix JO Sign.
The rule is 90º, at the wrist!

I ski with poles always and I ski park, woods, and groomers. My poles are made of bamboo and are super short around 40inches. I am 6 feet tall

Park poles - K2 rental carbon ones cut down 90cm ish, really hard to break and free!

Pow poles - Gipron telescopic rentals with leki trigger grips, tennis grip tape around the top 30cm and 120mm baskets.

No, I do not use poles when I ski, mainly because I feel more confident without. I just started skiing no poles this year, and I find it more comfortable. I ski 80-90 % in the park, so that's a big reason for my decision. Last year, I skied with poles, and I've only had one pair of poles in my life because I don't feel that poles are worth it for the skiing I do. A good portion of the skiing I do is by tow-in, and poles just get in the way. I'm six feet, and the poles I used last year were junior, so they were short (not sure on the exact length) That being said, I've never skied the real steep and deep, but if I did, I would be using poles and not some dinky park poles either haha.

I use poles off and on. I just started going sans poles and I think it's super fun and nice for park.
I ski all terrain.
I'm 5'10".
My poles I normally use unless I am in a Big Mountain comp are like 33".

-park no poles, i ski at small hill with a tow rope so its dumb to use them.

-freeriding poles are a must, out in the mountains or whatnot i use 120 cm

I ski 70% park, 30% powder. For park/groomers/anything but pow I use line 38" line tac poles. For pow I use my dads old k2 lockjaws at about 55-60 inches. For reference I am 5'6.

I use poles probably 70% of the time
I ski 60% park, 20% all mountain, 20% pow.
I'm 5'11"
I have 34 inch and 42 inch poles. I'm probably going to buy some adjustable with pow baskets however

don't use poles when I'm skiing the park but if i decide to do some mogul runs or glades i fosho grab my poles which usually sit on the ski rack all day.

I use my poles about 50% of the time

Line Pin 40" or none at all for park.
Black Diamond traverse (I think they're called that?) for touring and all mountain stuff.

i use Scott comp. Kevlar 13.5 and i ski it all except for pipe. i would recommended them especially because i have slammed them into rails and run them over with my skiis constantly and they have not broken!
