I have solved the gun problem!

People want to own guns okay got it, but people dont want people owning high power guns okay got it. What to do?

Only make and sell muzzle loaders.

People still get the guns, but you can only get one shot at a time. No more mass murders with this type of gun.

Sure the army can still have all the crazy guns they need because well they did it, but for sale in the usa keep it to the simple black powder.
