Microwaving phone...

Alright so my phone was accidentally microwaved this morning by one of my friends, it doesnt work anymore. should i try to get the verizon store to replace it? would they know it had been in a microwave?

There is actually a chip inside that can only be destroyed when the phone is microwaved, so they will be able to tell and it will cost you a large fee.

try carefully taking it apart if you can and see if the internals look clearly like something happened to them. You don't want to break any seals or anything when you do this tho. if everything looks normal, take it to the store

Yeah it wasn't an accident at all. I just didn't realize I started the microwave. Needless to say I don't really give a forks about my phone, but I'm missing out on messaging the bitties tonight.
