I broke my middle finger 3 weeks ago at Mount Snow, my parents are letting me go night skiing so I can get my legs back under me before I go on a trip over christmas break. But up until now i couldnt go skiing, shits mad boring +++vibes

We're out in Breckenridge for the Dew. 1st run if our 1st day, my daughter tweaked her knee. Full ACL tear,MCL tear.Super bummed. Surgery in 2 weeks.

Ohhh that sucks a lot MaryO, I hope your daughter recovers well. I had a full ACL tear last year, but what I'd really like to know is why her surgery is 2 weeks from now? Did her knee not swell up significantly after the accident?

Exactly! Luckily our friend us one of the surgeons at Steadman, and was able to see her and do an MRI right after it happened.He had her start PT right then and there, followed by icing.She had 2 sessions of PT today, and again tmrw.

The latest regimen is to alleviate swelling ASAP w/ice and pt for range if motion so surgery can be done right away. Her swelling is minimal.

I broke my humerus on a rail at keystone opening weekend there, got surgery, then two weeks later was helping film urban for some friends and tripped on some stairs and broke my humerus again only higher up, and got another surgery. hoping to ski by january.
