And yet last season in the PNW and Canadian Rockies was the best in a decade, maybe in two. And this season is shaping up to be even more stellar.

sparknotes in terms of climate change effects is that winter will be shorter and more precip will fall as rain instead of snow. Lower elevation resorts will be impacted the most.
