Yes Bill Me Later is legit. My wife used it a few years ago and it was very simple, helped her in a bind after her employer closed down for not paying their lease for 2 years. Much better than tossing it on the credit card as you won't be charged for 6 months. She was able to get a new job in a few months and pay it all off in full. Payed 0% interest.
It's not a "scam" like some moron up there suggested, it says very clearly in the agreement what the expectation is. Any responsible person with steady income can see it's a useful tool for both the consumer and the seller. You can have this now and hit me up when you can. It encourages the consumer without immediately trapping them with interest.
