The Feeling After Skiing

Skiing feels good. Greasing a smooth ass rail, carving some corduroy, w/e, its all bomb....

but it doesnt compare to the feeling after skiing.

-Taking your boots off after shredding like 6 hrs....and just like, cracking you ankles...

-Slamming some McDonalds McDoubles and McDonalds Coke after on the drive home. Seriously, over and over again, McDonalds after a long day of skiing is the best meal I have ever ate. (ps. someone agree with me that McDons has THE BEST coca cola. I dunno what it is, but it just tastes sooo dang good)

-Taking off your wet ass socks, wringing out the blood, and moving your toes around. Its all gravvvyyyyy.

So tell me what you think. In your opinion, whats the best feeling after skiing? Or just post a bunch of memes and gif things and hate, cause thats pretty funny too.

next time you go to mcdonalds after skiing, try a mcnage a trois. 3 mcdoubles with fries stacked between each mcdouble

and the feeling after skiing sucks. i want to roll over and die. but it was so worth it.

i agree. fountain coke is the best. something about mcdonalds is just way better than anywhere else too.

Reminds me of an Skiing mag article a couple years ago: The 50 Best Things About Skiing. "Taking off your ski boots" was like the 4th best thing. Oddly missing from their list was "jumping".

every once and a while I get a bag of donettes and a quart of chocolate milk after a long day of shredding. over 2000 calories of greatness followed by a food coma. Its become a tradition and I'm probably going to be obese and have diabetes.

Well, I normally have an hour and a half drive home from my resort. I get super sleepy and chilled from a day of skiing, usually including night skiing. It's torture to drive when you just want to sleep after you crank the heat and get an orgasm every time you scratch your beanie-free head.

Usually I end up cranking my music and signing at an obnoxious level to keep myself awake. If I'm not alone its not bad but when you're driving home from night skiing in wind and snow at 10 pm its tough to stay awake.

I enjoy the scent of my hands after a day of skiing for some reason. But nothing beats taking your boots off and slipping on some slippers after a long day of park shredding is second to none.

As much as I like stomping a new trick for the first time, she has a pretty damn good point.
I love spreading all my shit out to dry after summer skiing, going down to the lodge for a sandwich, then chill afternoon tramp sessions. You get to this point where the session just slows down and no one is really doing anything anymore, so it becomes safe enough to find a sunbeam and pass out on the pads. Just so damn peaceful...

I love apres beers, and the feeling when you are just done, no more energy left. Very rarely blood in my socks though, except for one time...
