Saw them faintly. I don't live far enough north. A few hours down from the border in northern ny.


Could see the stars fucking great tonight though. Wow. I love living up here. It's like what you see in a planetarium except better because it's the real deal. I hate light pollution in urban areas. So nice to get out in the woods away from main roads but in the middle of nowheresville.


Fuck yeah.


My toes are fucking froze, wearing sandels in the frost walking across the field behind my house might not have been the best idea.

they were epic in Ottawa bout an hour ago. still pretty good though. it's amazingly clear outside the city tonight and I haven't seen northern lights that good in years and years. tried to get a picture I'll post up here tomorrow

I wonder if I coulda seen them in northern MN, i'm afraid i'm too far south. Sad.
