find an old one and cut it up. otherwise theres a way to lay a light colored fabric over an existing shirt to copy a pattern. you lay it over, and trace with a pencil. use pins to keep in place. you can use an old sheet or just buy cheap broadcloth or wtvr that cheap cotton is called. make sure to add seam allowance and then use extra fabric to make a sample so you know its made proper. and just be super precise.
