They still have a bit to go. Cold temps are kinda staying in place over the west. Small storm this weekend will warm things up a bit and not have really any natural snow.

Still early, give it time.

didnt a-basin or loveland open on like the 7th last year? look at how much snow they have already made, they will be open by next weekend, like for sure.

loveland opened the 14th last year and they started making snow like a week before that.
They said if snowmaking keeps up they'll open around the same time

No... A-Basin opened on the 13th last year. They're shooting for the same this year. They give daily updates on Al's Blog.

temps are going to get only into the upper 20's, so snowmaking will be just at night for those times, but with the cut-off low coming this weekend we should be open super soon. you obviously don't live in CO or you'd know that map is from Joel of opensnow, a trusted meteorologist.
