actually the opposite worked for me, twice. i used to go to boot fitters to get my boots and they would always recommend really stiff boots, id always tell them i wanted something more medium flex for park stuff, they always said you need real stiff for control etc.. always got custom fit liners and everything. then i said fuck it and tried the spk's, ordered them online in my size, put them on and forgot about them, they were the best boots id ever had up to that point. then after those got worn out, tried the boot fitter thing again, ended up with crazy shin bang and uncomfortable boots, even after getting them re-fit twice. then ordered full tilts, even though the boot fitter guy said my feet were way too wide. and again, most comfortable boots ive ever had, and probably the best performing as well, in terms of control and the right flex.
so fuck boot fitters, just buy trendy boots.
