Its depends on where you want to post it because on ns for example the maximum size for a video is 800 mb

But the best quality is probably when you render as a sequence in quicktime but the file is huge

i have found the best fcp workflow for me to be edit the video in the timeline with same settings as the footy, then send the timeline to compressor, then drop on the youtube preset, then change the frame size to be the original source size, then change the quality by setting the bit rate limit or whatever it is to something high like 1500 kb/s depending on video file size. hit submit and boom. crisp

If you want a quick upload to youtube, Compressor works just fine.

yeah im sure, but a lot of the experiances ive had with uploading to vimeo it has come out in lower quality
