Well after trying to bluff my way into getting melvs to accept my bet he is to much of red sox hater to accept. So I guess we are going to have to go with his bet because one of us has to stop being a girl here and accept a bet. So melvs Ill let you continue to be a girl red sox hater and accept your bet.

The bet is if the Red Sox win tonight then I dont post for a month, and if the red sox lose tonight melvs cant post for a month. And this included anywhere, forums,cults, pictures, videos, articles, ect. So melvs if you want to take your dress off and accept the bet just sign below.

So if the sox lose tonight melvs your post count has to stay exactly the same until November 19, 2004. Same goes for me if the soxs win. NO POSTING ANYWHERE.

that is possibly the worst point ever. Just because I don't live in boston, or mass. I can't cheer for the sox. Alright, I guess I'll cheer for.... the nashua pride? they're a minor leagure team from NH.

People from all over cann cheer for whoever. It's legitamite for me, seeing as I live around an hour and a half form boston and have gone to many a sox game. Many people who live in Mas live further away from boston then I do.

Okay so then since im from ohio I can pick and choose whatever team in my region thats doing well at the time and root for them. What ties do you have to boston other than you live in the same geographic area that they are based? You dont even live in the saame state...

what ties do I have.. lets see. I go to boston quite a bit. I have friends who go to school there. It's not very far from me. I've grown up a red sox fan, and have been going to games since I was little. They are the closest baseball team to me that in the major leagues. Everyone around me loves them.
