Anybody know any free video converter format software?

That dosent give you a watermark or ruin your footage. Need to convert Mp.4 to a better format to upload to youtube.

convert to h.264, set video bitrate to about 5000, audio bitrate to it's highest possible, audio sampling to 44.1, use AAC conversion for audio.

that should do you perfectly.
