They both survived amazingly.

Miraculously, the driver going the right way, Amy Cox, walked away from the crash unscathed, reports WLBT-TV. So did her young female passenger. The driver going the wrong way, Edward Fairley, was a little worse off: he was taken to the hospital with a broken shoulder and other non-life threatening injuries. He told police he doesn’t remember anything and a motive is unclear. He was charged with reckless driving and other charges are pending following toxicology reports.

Some Old Lady actually pulled this off on a highway nearby me (North Eastern PA) last summer. There was a video floating around youtube but I can't find it.

That was gut wrenching to watch, you just knew at some point that was going to happen. Hearing that everyone survived makes me feel better that I laughed at the GTA reference above.

Also, been on a couple of these calls as well, pretty messed up.
