i landed one today off my schools 3 meter board, it was fucking AWESOME, i suprised myself so much, it was actualy liek smooth and i landed on my feet not my asshole...wierd

thats what id o at the pool and i call it a bio 5

any tips on turning a 5 into a 7?

i think of throwing a 5 as tossing my back out (so it looks like im lying down horizontally facing back toward the jump) and then just liek following through

what wouuld be the equivalent visualization for a bio 7?
