Sushi at home ideas

Hey guys,

So I'm wanting to make some sushi tonight at home. I'm a really good cook (obviously because I spend so much time in there inb4 I will not make you a sandwich because I can't eat bread). I'm wanting to make this sushi out of like egg whites and chicken, cucomber, carrots, things like that. I can't have dairy, egg yolks, gluten, or red meat so I want to avoid that. If anyone has made any before and has any delightful ideas you should def let me know!

California rolls are relatively easy to make if you can get your hands on fresh crab meat

Seems line you know what you want. Cook some egg whites, and chill them. Wrap thin slices of the egg whites in the rice/seaweed or whatever you are using with chunks of cucumber and carrots. Serve chilled and dip it in soy sauce and wasabi. That actually sounds pretty good to me

My friends mom used to put the weirdest stuff in her sushi like cheddar cheese, apple. just go through your fridge and add what you find.

Wrap that shit in lettuce and put ham, cheese and shit inside. Little mini sandwiches without bread.
