i have the salomon x-wave 8. i love it- it can handle anything i throw at it. best bet would be to go to your local shop and try on boots and find out what fits best

^flex is big, thats why i love my 1080 boots. their made for jumping and flex alot to cusion your blow.

and just make sure its tight and fits good.
