I have a 25 pound, 35 pound and 45 pound,
My current workout is:
One leg squat (25 ) X10 reps (each side)
Goblet Squat (45) x 10 reps
One arm Clean and Press (35) x 10 reps (each side)
One arm Swing (35) x 10 reps each side
Pullups x 15 reps - (NOT kettlebells, I just like doing them on this day)
I usually do the circuit 3 or 4 times. but maybe just once or twice if I need to walk the next day, or if I have taken some time off otherwise my legs feel like jelly for at least 3 days after.
