Theoretically, it's the general serbia/montenegro area.

The reason being is that attractiveness is based on averageness/symmetry. The most average (in comparison to the rest of the world) faces belong to the women of south eastern europe.

if you're looking at percentage of the total female population that is above a solid 7, probably sweden.

seriously, in north america you have a few retardedly hot girls and a gaggle of barnyard animals. sweden and the northern european countries in general tend to have bushels of reasonably attractive, pretty ladies.

DISAGREE. While russia definitely has its fair share of hotties, from my experience most females in russia are not attractive whatsoever.

My vote goes to Sweden or Brazil/central and south america.

I heard that in New Zealand it's quite difficult to find a truly ugly person. Never been there though, so I can't say from my perspective. My friend just went and said there are so many ridiculously attractive people.

When I went to Greece and the general Mediterranean area I saw a lot of attractive people.

you've gotta go with consistency, not just where to supermodels are from. sure canada, merica, brazil all those countries have lots of hot girls but are clearly watered down with a ton of ugly ones.

in my own world travelling (which is limited) i definitely noticed that the girls in new zealand are, on average, much more attractive than anywhere else. i need a kiwi to confirm / deny this but i always held nz girls very highly IMO
