Some full rocker skis out there can be extremely versatile. For example, the Icelantic Gypsy has its full rocker matched with its sidecut so when you lay it over on edge, you still get full edge contact. The 4frnt renegade is also like that. I'm on a pair of 09 hellbents that aren't quite full rocker (there's a flat spot under the boot), but they are absolutely amazing on deep days. If you're looking for a ski that you'll be using exclusively on deep powder days and never on days that aren't bottomless, I would look into something that has full reverse sidecut, or at least 5-point sidecut, and lots of rocker underfoot. You don't really need the camber underfoot if you'll only be skiing powder, so I would go full reverse or rocker tip, rocker tail, flat spot underfoot like bents or night trains. For only pow days, I'd look into the Armada ARG, Armada Bubba, DPS Lotus 138, Praxis Pow Boards, On3p Pillowfight, or other similar skis. For deep pow days where you'll be still skiing inbounds and need to use on groomers and also on regular days, I'd look at the Atomic Bent Chetler, Atomic Automatic, Klint Krypto, Icelantic Gypsy, Moment Night Train, On3p Caylor, K2 Hellbent, K2 Pettitor, Salomon Rocker 2, Armada JJ, Armada Magic J, Volkl Shiro, etc.
