What do you do when you need to get shit done??

5 page paper. Online class that I DO NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK about. Struggling with motivation, not content.

What do you do to concentrate/motivate when you need to get shit done that really sucks?

INB4 FAP, I ALREADY DID THANKS... so I'm gonna start with cleaning my apartment and taking a shower. Feng shui and a clean butthole are always a good start.

pretty simple. do something stupid and get banned from ns. deactivate facebook. deactivate twitter. deactivate any other thing you use. then you can write your paper

Go someplace else to write the paper. I used to go to the library and crank out monster papers after solid four-six hours straight. I had a desk in my place and everything but it's impossible for me to focus when I know all of the other thing I could readily be doing.

Five pages is like an hour and a half of work. Sit your ass down and blow through it. Once you get in a good rhythm just keep typing everything that comes to mind. You can always edit later.

everyone has something that works for them. what works for me is waking up crazy early in the morning. at night time i have no focus and the internet is to appealing and i'm already tired. when i need to get a paper done i just wake up at like 4 in the morning, make some coffee, and go to town on my keyboard. it just works.

i find that if I stop being a bitch and just sit down and start writing, 5 pages gets done real fast. especially if it's double spaced (which most of my professors require so they can do corrections below lines) then its really only a 2.5 page paper, which is even easier. stop whining and procrastinating on NS and just do the damn thing so you can do what you actually want to do with your day.

people that "need" to take adderall to be able to focus are pathetic. not so much those who have 'add or adhd' but that biddy who needs to rail some bars to pull an all nighter. its not that hard to use your brain.

Please explain how addetall is "gross" and dexidrine is "cleaner".... happen to have any scientific info on the cleaniliness of different Rx amphetamines?

And to another post.. I don't "need" adderall do get shit done. But if it is last minute and J am having trouble focusing it def helps like if si need to crank something out the night before or something.

cleaner in the same sense how a dilaudid is cleaner than an oxy. Im not talking about it being cut with anything obviously, its more of an opinion of how it interacts with your body. Adderall is combination of levo-amphetimine and dextroamphetimine. Dexidrine is pure dextroamphetamine. Ive always found the levo in adderall to make me a lot more twitchy and tweaked out feeling, where as the dexis felt a lot more smooth. If it take adderall im gunna be doing something gnawing on my lip on or goin crazy shaking my legs, dexis im able to just sit and relax, sometimes they have an almost calming effect.
