Im doing my first 5K in about 4 weeks from now and I have been training for track and all so I'm in decent shape (most recent mile was a few days ago at 5:15) so I'm not really concerned as much with training as I am race strategy. I looked around and all the decent looking info had to be paid for and the ehow kind of shit was useless so I was hoping some experienced distance runners on here might give me a little insight on how to run a good time.
