im going to our schools tennis state tourny and i was wandering what shutter speed i should use

Use a shutter speed that's as fast as possible while keeping your iso down and aperture in that sweet spot (probably 5.6-11).

But seriously there is no rule, I sometimes like a bit of blur in my action shots to show movement. Just keep your aperture between 5.6 and 11 like mentioned above and keep your ISO below 200, 400 at most unless your indoors then maybe 800.
