this is the only one i could find but its very thin(the holes are spaced out so its not very warm).

if you want smaller holes or no holes get a smaller hook. if you use too big of hook with small yarn it makes big holes...try doubling up the yarn and a big hook to make thicker hats with small holes.

you dont need a pattern to crochet. just do a single stitch. the standard one. you can shae you earflaps however the hell you want.if you dont want big holes just crochet tight. teh only time taht wont work is a super small yarn with a super big hook

just start with 6 stiches and keep increasing unitl you think its wide enough and then go straight down. just experiment a little.

use real wool it is way nicer to work with. try using a size 6 or 7 hook they are good shit and always use 2 threads not one make s a fuller het then just get creative with the simple stitches to start with
