Best Sony Vegas Pro 11 Render Settings?

I have a project in 1080x720 29.970 p. I tried rendering it before and the quality was really bad. I have looked up videos on how to get the best settings on youtube but nothing has really worked so if someone could help me that would be sick!

Try the Xdcam Ex 1920 x 1080 24p 35 mbps VBR works great for me!
