Yep, the Volt has a heat moldable liner. It also uses a special material on the outside (what contacts the shell) called "micro-fiber". This material is the same material we use in World Cup because it is mega durable yet super supple. That last point is key because when you stretch or grind the shell, you want the liner to move into the space you made.
