I Went on a couple dates with this guy who i started to realize was completely not my type and super boring.
he kept calling, and i didnt return his calls.
i came home from work one day and there was a cactus on my doorstep.
a note attached said..."i usually buy girls flowers after a nice night out, but this cactus is a little more like you."

if only he had been so clever and less bland when we dated.......

he won points in my mind after that...but i still never called him back.

i was dating a girl for a year. it was great. i went to her house for dinner with her fam. had a huge burger then went upstairs and got some dome.

the next night i texted her saying "its over lets see new people." turned my phone off.

shit hit the fan, her mom called me a dumbfuck and shit to my bestfriends mom. she told me. I texted my ex gf's mom and let her fucking have it. she pissed me off. that was freshman year of highschool. i am a senior now and she still talks shit.

My obviously now ex was going on a rant about god knows what. I never got a word out in his ramblings (which is actually unbelievable because when I rant, I RANT.) so he just keeps going on and on and at one point he's like "So what are you saying?" In which I internally responded to with well actually I haven't said anything... kind of laughed inside and realized I had an easy way out of this one. He never actually left me a moment to respond and just keeps going on, and eventually says something along the lines of "Are we done?" In regards to "arguing" but I was like fucking yeah we are, peace. He was heartbroken but he absolutely brought it upon himself. It was amazing and the most assertive thing I've ever successfully done.
End story.
