When you get to level 30 and make full rune pages for specific characters they give you a slight edge.  For instance my rune page for gangplank is full crit because he is crit dependent.  For ezreal i roll mostly Armor pen .  Its not a big deal until your level 30 though and even then its still not huge unless your gonna jungle.  Ive been playing on and off since beta and im down to play when i get back from school in may. add me, my summoner name is Mikes42

I have vent and ts. Just got done with a game with 2 people who don't speak english and they ragequit 5 mins in cause they got ganked hard. Had to play 15 more mins of 3v5 and I still went 4 and 1...

Someone play a damn tank already. I'm sick of full AP carry teams

Actually no. I've been playing for over a year now. This is one of the few games that doesn't get old for me because every game is different. Each game requires a different strategy depending on your opponent. Its the best free game imo right now.

Riot does a good job of updating the game to keep things balanced. One reason why I keep playing is because new champs come out ever 2 weeks or so.

This ^^ Only things that cost money are skins.

You can buy characters for real money or buy them with IP (in game currency) that you get from playing games. Theres 15ish free champions that you can play every week and then they change it to another 15 random champs. So you play these until you get enough points to buy your own. Usually 3 games will get you a cheap champ where the expensive ones take 60ish games if you win a lot to get. They are all very balanced as well. The whole game is very very balanced which is why I love it so much.
