It's not actually waterproof, just water resistant. If it's snowing you'll be fine. If it's raining, you'll be getting wet after a bit.

i think the blue goo could possibly like 15k (along with the smoke and mirrors). but why does one buy a vest for waterproof-ness? :p

I wore one in a rainstorm the other day. I was as wet as your mothers vagina. So no, not very, but it's still a bit water resistant.

I have a bluegoo and its very water proof. I skied in the rain with it a few times and my body was dry.
